CS 200E 專門用于回轉(zhuǎn)窯窯體溫度監(jiān)測的紅外掃描成像系統(tǒng)

CS 200E 系統(tǒng)專為監(jiān)測回轉(zhuǎn)窯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)而設(shè)計(jì)、能準(zhǔn)確探測由于回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)耐火磚的脫落產(chǎn)生的熱點(diǎn)，以避免窯體損壞所帶來的高額損失并延長窯體的使用壽命。此外還可選擇系統(tǒng)提供的選件模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)遮擋區(qū)域的測量、燒成帶監(jiān)測、輪帶滑移量監(jiān)測、冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)控制等。

CS 200E 系統(tǒng)通過監(jiān)測全窯長的窯體溫度，提供窯內(nèi)耐火磚磨損狀況，通過單獨(dú)固定的點(diǎn)溫儀測量被輪帶“遮擋”區(qū)域的溫度數(shù)據(jù)，并同主要測量的溫度數(shù)據(jù)綜合組成一幅完整的熱圖像。燒成帶測溫儀和輪帶滑移監(jiān)控選件模塊的數(shù)據(jù)均可集成到系統(tǒng)中，操作者在中控室內(nèi)通過計(jì)算機(jī)顯示屏即可顯示全部的運(yùn)行信息，此外，操作者還可通過調(diào)用多功能的歷史記錄數(shù)據(jù)庫，通過當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)同歷史記錄數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比，提前防止生產(chǎn)事故的發(fā)生。

CS 200E 系統(tǒng)由 MP 50 掃描測溫儀和功能強(qiáng)大的CS200E 專用軟件及多種可選模塊組成。

MP 50 是世界上應(yīng)用*廣的掃描測溫儀。數(shù)以千計(jì)的掃描測溫儀已應(yīng)用到各種氣候環(huán)境下，甚至是荒漠或熱帶雨林地區(qū)的回轉(zhuǎn)窯使用現(xiàn)場。能在苛刻環(huán)境下可靠工作的MP50HR，采用了獨(dú)特的光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，先進(jìn)的微電子技術(shù)和高可靠性的電動(dòng)機(jī)，可以說 MP50 HR 是集信號(hào)處理、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和數(shù)據(jù)通訊技術(shù)為一身的高性能測溫儀。

為確保在復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的可靠運(yùn)行，專為MP50HR掃描測溫儀設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)堅(jiān)固的機(jī)座以及固定在機(jī)座上的帶空氣吹掃和水冷卻的不銹鋼保護(hù)箱，該保護(hù)箱包括一個(gè)可調(diào)安裝基座用于調(diào)整掃描儀沿軸向瞄準(zhǔn)回轉(zhuǎn)窯，一個(gè)帶軌道的連接板用于快速安裝掃描儀，用于空氣吹掃和水冷卻的快速拆卸裝置和一個(gè)便于更換的視窗。
